Three Suns Cabins

We had a great stay here! It was very peaceful and serene nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything was very clean and we loved getting in the hot tub and watching the stars. We highly recommend five stars!   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was wonderful. We were having a wedding, small and intimate, family only. We actually booked 4 cabins and were ideally situated next to one another. It was beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and everything as advertised. Will definitely be going again!

Our stay was perfect! The privacy of the back porch is amazing, the hot tub and views from the porch were even better! Home is cozy and kitchen had all essentials, my kiddos loved the privacy of the bunks. The river is a short walk, we cooled off in the water and then sat at the hammocks. Community horseshoes and corn hole boards were great too! Would def stay again!

While visiting Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge there are so many options for places to stay, I always get nervous that I'll choose the wrong one for us. As soon as we opened the door we knew I got it right. The house feels brand new, it exceeds my cleanliness standards, which are very high, and recreationally perfect. The cabins are situated so that even if all cabins were occupied and everyone was in thier respective Hot Tubs at once, you can't see your neighbor and can barely hear them. We walked the river trail and played in the hammocks and played cornhole each night, it's absolutely beautiful and peaceful there. AC worked great, linens and kitchen supplies were high quality and plentiful. Location was close enough to our itinerary and far enough away from everything else to see amazing stars at night. I have already recommended to others.

Our time at River’s Edge was magical, relaxing, and all we hoped it would be!! This small community of cabins is the perfect escape with a beautiful backdrop! The cabins are within 15 minutes of many trails, restaurants, and other fun places to visit! We had the best time and will be back!

Great place to get away! Such a cute cabin that matched the description and pictures. Was very clean, easy to find, and lots to do in the area. Would 10/10 recommend to couples or for a small family getaway! Will definitely be back.

Great spot. We rented all 8 cabins. All of the cabins were very clean and the beds super comfy. The cabins had everything we needed and are all well thought out. I would definitely recommend this rental property for anyone coming into the area to explore!

Whether you hike up one of the numerous trails to the top  or enjoy a leisurely ride up on the Sky Lift, Natural Bridge is a sight to behold. 

This trail is a family favorite! Hike this 5.1 mile out-and-back trail for spectacular 360 degree views. Trail is considered an easy to moderate rewarding and scenic hike with excellent views.

The Rock Bridge Trail is one of the most picturesque trails in the Red River Gorge area. It gets its name from the rock bridge which is a natural archway, and a beautiful waterfall on the trail leading up to the arch. It is a 1.4 mile out-and-back trail and takes an average of 40 min to complete.

The jump rock is a family favorite! It is exactly as its name suggests.  A massive boulder surrounded by a swimming hole. Just a short hike out to a small beach area where you can swim out to the jump rock or sit back and relax while you watch others take the leap.

Known as "The Gateway to Red River Gorge," Nada Tunnel is a historic 900-foot tunnel that is without a doubt the most fascinating way to enter the gorge. If you’re driving along KY-77 in Powell County, you’ll encounter this hidden tunnel, which looks like a hole carved into the face of a mountain, with the greenery of the surrounding trees ready to swallow your car. Turn on your headlights, make sure oncoming cars aren’t moving through the tunnel, and get ready to drive through this remarkable piece of Kentucky.

Miguel's Pizza Restaurant first began in 1984 with the renovation of this historic 1940's store, serving good Italian style food in a friendly atmosphere.  Miguel's is centrally located in a scenic location across the street from Natural Bridge State Park.  It has become the "Gorge visitor hot spot" for rock climbers and other outdoor sports such as hikers, bikers and nature enthusiasts.

Located on the edge of the Daniel Boone National Forest, Sky Bridge Station offers draft beer and gourmet hot dogs and burgers.  Live team trivia happens every Tuesday at 7pm.  Check thier website for live music.

 Stop in for a warming cup of coffee or tea with homemade baked goods or breakfast sandwiches made at the deli.  Cool off with a delicious smoothie or shake!

Located a few miles before the Nada Tunnel, the Lunch Bucket is a great option for food before hitting the scenic 715 loop.   Open 9am Friday - Sunday, this small food joint is locally owned and very budget friendly!

If you love mexican food, this is the place to go!  Huge portion sizes, indoor and outdoor seating, full bar and live music what more could you ask for!
